Information we collect

We collect account and profile details like your name, phone number, gender, date of birth, experience level, and preferences. We also store workout data you create (plans, exercises, sets, and activity metrics).

For authentication we store session tokens and one-time passcodes. If you opt into notifications, we store device notification tokens and live activity identifiers.

If you purchase a subscription or physical goods, we process payment and order details (including email, phone, shipping address, and fulfillment data). If you join the Android waitlist, we store your email address.

If you contact support, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.

How we use data

We use your data to create and manage your account, generate workout plans, sync your progress, deliver notifications, and fulfill orders. We also use request metadata like IP address and user agent for security and reliability.

Service providers

We rely on third parties to run the service, including Twilio for SMS verification, Stripe and Apple for payments and subscriptions, Shippo for shipping, Apple Push Notification service for notifications, and Sentry for error monitoring.

Cookies

We use cookies or similar tokens only for authentication. We do not use them for advertising.

Data retention

We keep data as long as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations. You can request access or deletion by contacting us.
